super location for my purposes. excellent service offered, lovely room with a traditional moroccan style and showers, for instance.

The room was a good escape, although the
Bathroom amenities could use improvement. The staff were warm and always ready to assist, and the local area was vibrant and full of character. The highlight of our stay was sharing meals with friendly fellow travelers in the courtyard.

My room was nice, with central heating, TV set, and a seating area. The en suite bathroom. This hotel was set in a very central area near to Riad Catalina for 5 nights in May 2019, restaurants and Jmaa el Fnaa square😀

amazing little paradise, oasis of peace within a frantic city experience. staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful . food in the restaurant was good standard and very tasty, good value. we were also upgraded to a better room which was a lovely gesture as it was our 20yr wedding anniversary.

The location was great as for me, close enough to the main square and nightlife. Stopped by Bazaar Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's so close to the venue, recommend.

I stayed here for a friend's wedding and loved how the staff went out of their way to, even saving breakfast for me when I was running late. The rooftop pool and tranquil garden were perfect spots to unwind and soak up the sun. Just a heads up, the music from a nearby nightclub did get a bit loud at night, but it didn't ruin my stay 😄.

Breakfast was fairly simple but fresh and tasty. The location is good although difficult to find if it's your first visit. Swimming pool on roof is a perfect aspect of the Riad
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be nice.

No reason to complain, the venue met every demand. Everything was good, marvellous location not far from the place Jeema al Fna, the central Mosque and the centre of the bustling old town, fantastic experience. The room itself was incredible with Moroccan features, fresh towels and the bedroom and the breakfast was rich and delicious.

The courtyard provided a serene escape amidst the bustling environment, with trees, birds, and resident cats that added charm. The view from the top-floor balcony offered a lovely sight of the Koutoubia, especially at night.
The pool area lacked sufficient seating, with only four deck chairs, two of which were broken. I found the shower temperature unreliable, often fluctuating. During breakfast, swarms of bees hovered around the food, detracting from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Welcoming, helpful staff. Beautiful Riad with a definite wow factor in a peaceful setting, just a few steps from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech centre. We had room 307 - it has a private terrace, well worth the price. This Riad is a must for any visit here. 10 out of 10

The relaxed atmosphere and the alfresco dining area.
Overall the staff were good but 'Communication' between staff members was poor. Service levels (waiting time) was poor when the hotel was busy, the food was expensive and no better than local restaurants which were much cheaper by at least 50%. We booked via the hotel, to be picked up at the airport, but that did not happen and we had to find our own way to the hotel which was not good after a long flight.

The tranquil courtyard was a serene escape amidst the bustle, and the staff were accommodating, even providing a delicious breakfast tailored to our dietary needs. And the location was perfect for exploring local shops and attractions just a short stroll away!
the room was a bit smaller than expected.
